Remove from heat. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar until light and fluffy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slowly pour the hot milk into the egg and sugar mixture, stirring constantly to prevent the eggs from cooking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer everything back into the saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens slightly and coats the back of a spoon. Do not let it boil! <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adding the hazelnut paste:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the custard has thickened, remove from heat and add the pure organic hazelnut paste (UnoBIO). Mix well until you get a smooth mixture. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If desired, add vanilla extract for an extra aromatic touch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cooling:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Let the mixture cool completely to room temperature, then transfer it to the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, or until very cold.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Creaming:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into the machine and follow the manufacturer&#8217;s instructions until you obtain creamy ice cream.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you don&#8217;t have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a container suitable for freezing and place it in the freezer.
