Remove the garlic when it turns golden. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the mushrooms and saut\u00e9 for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the radish and cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened. Season with salt and pepper. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cooking the caserecce pasta<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the casarecce following the times indicated on the package. Drain the pasta al dente, keeping aside a little of the cooking water. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mixing the pasta and the sauce<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add the casarecce to the pan with the radish and mushroom dressing, and mix well.
